Sioux Falls, South Dakota – According to Rapid City police, a drunk driver hit a curb, fell out of his car, and ran over himself.
Orlando Barrientos, 20, has been charged with DUI and underage drinking following his arrest on Friday.
An officer was on his way to another call when he noticed Barrientos driving through an intersection with the driver’s side door open.
He fell out, and the car ran over his legs, but the officer claims Barrientos refused medical attention.
According to court documents, this was the Rapid City man’s second DUI arrest this month.
