0003 hrs. – A commercial alarm was reported on Middle Point Road in Ridge Township, and deputies responded.
0106 hrs. – Van Wert EMS responded to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject who was having difficulty breathing.
At 0123 hrs., deputies responded to a residence on Grant Street in Van Wert to assist Van Wert City Police.
Around 0502 hrs., deputies responded to a commercial alarm on Spencerville Delphos Road in Washington Township.
At 0621 hrs., deputies responded to a location on South Washington Street in Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police Department.
1212 hrs. – Deputies responded to a report of a stray dog on East Main Street in the City of Van Wert.
At 1308 hrs., deputies responded to a report of a loose dog on Sycamore Street in the City of Van Wert.
At 1317 hrs., deputies responded to an area of North Franklin Street in Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police Department.
At 1430 hrs., deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from Van Wert to Woodlawn Cemetery in Liberty Township.
At 1436 hrs., deputies responded to a report of a deceased person at a residence on South Liberty Street in the Village of Ohio City. No foul play is suspected.
At 1717 hrs., deputies responded to a report of criminal damage at a residence on South Sherman Street in the Village of Scott.
At 1725 hrs., deputies responded to a report of identity fraud at a residence on Upp Road in Pleasant Township.
Deputies responded to a civil dispute at a residence on State Street in the Village of Willshire at 1846 hours.
Van Wert EMS was dispatched to an area of State Route 114 at 1923 hrs. to assist Paulding County EMS.
1929 hrs. – Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence along U.S. Route 224 in Hoaglin Township.
2128 hrs. – Deputies, along with Van Wert Fire and EMS, responded to a crash on U.S. Route 224 in Pleasant Township. Unit One, a 2017 Nissan Rogue driven by Nabarun Sarkar of Cincinnati, was heading north on Liberty Union Rd near the intersection with US 224. Colette Spridgeon of Van Wert was driving Unit Two, a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox, eastbound on US 224 as it approached the intersection with Liberty Union. Unit One then failed to yield at the stop sign at Liberty Union and US 224, pulling out in front of Unit Two. Unit One and Unit Two then collided with each other. Unit One and Unit Two both suffered crippling damage. The Unit One driver and passenger claimed no injuries as a result of the crash. Unit Two’s driver claimed to have a back injury but was not transported by EMS. A family member later took the driver to Van Wert Health. Hague Towing and Superior Collision assisted on the scene.

At 0623 hrs., deputies responded to an area of Willshire Eastern Road in Willshire Township for a report of an occupied, disabled vehicle.
Deputies spoke with a resident on Feasby Wisener Road in Union Township about an identity theft report.
Deputies responded to a report of a fence in the roadway on East Central Avenue in Van Wert at 1041 hrs.
At 11:18 a.m., deputies responded to a residence on Rockford Road in the Village of Willshire to assist with an unruly juvenile.
At 11:33 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a loose dog on West Main Street in Pleasant Township.
At 12:23 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Williams Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a protection order violation.
At 1313 hrs., deputies responded to a missing juvenile report at a residence on State Route 118 in Liberty Township. The juvenile was located.
Deputies responded to a trespassing complaint at a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy around 1345 hrs.
At 1509 hrs., deputies responded to a residence on Ohio Indiana State Line Road in Harrison Township for a report of a damaged mailbox.
1730 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Grant Street in the City of Van Wert to check on the welfare of a dog.
At 2056 hrs., deputies responded to a residence on Washington Street in the Village of Wren to investigate a 911 call.
2125 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on East Main Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist who was locked out of their vehicle.
At 2136 hrs., deputies responded to a noise disturbance on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township.
Around 2234 hrs., deputies responded to a commercial alarm on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy.

At 0856 hrs., Ohio City EMS was dispatched to a residence on West Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject who was having seizures.
0928 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Overholt Road in Ridge Township to investigate an abandoned 911 call.
1521 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township to investigate an open line 911 call.
At 1529 hrs., deputies responded to a report of trash being dumped on Brickner Road in Washington Township.
Deputies responded to a residence on West Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City at 1532 hours to check an open 911 line.
Around 1730 hrs., deputies responded to a report of a loose pony on Willshire Eastern Road in Willshire Township.
At 2039 hours, deputies responded to a commercial alarm on South Shannon Street in Van Wert.
