LIMA, Ohio — The 2022 stabbing suspect’s case will be heard in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Juan Fuentes, 62, was bound over following a preliminary hearing. Fuentes is charged with stabbing and cutting Catsonava Malloy during an argument in the 100 block of South Central Avenue in October 2022.
Fuentes fled and was apprehended in Tampa, Florida, near the end of August.
According to police, he seriously injured Malloy with a box cutter, leaving her with wounds on her neck and face. He is being held in the Allen County Jail under a $1 million bond.
