Sioux Falls, South Dakota — A Harrisburg man has been charged with first-degree manslaughter and aggravated assault following a fatal crash in rural Lincoln County.
According to the accident report, Brian Campbell, 33, ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle on March 28th. Campbell’s passenger, Lexus Shipp-Garibay, was thrown out of the SUV. The mother of two died from her injuries.
The driver of the car that Campbell collided with was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Campbell is set to make his first court appearance on July 28th.
