Assaulting an officer on Avon Belden Road

Around 2:15 a.m. on August 4, an ambulance was called to the scene of a crash. The juvenile driver was under the influence. He was charged with OVI, failure to control, underage alcohol offense, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer.

OVI: Lorain Road.

On August 4, a caller reported that a man had passed out in his car at the Speedway gas station. He was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and driving while suspended.

Disorderly conduct on Lear Nagle Road

On August 7, police responded to a complaint that minors were drinking in a public parking lot. A single person was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-intoxication, unruly juvenile, open container, marijuana possession, and underage possession.

Theft: Centre Ridge Road.

On August 2, at 11:41 p.m., police were dispatched to Goodwill for two people loading items into their vehicle from the donation pile in front of the store. They were cited for theft.

Trespassing on Avon Belden Road.

On August 2, police responded to Snappy Gas for an unwanted person inside the store. The suspect was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

Trespassing: No Address

On August 5, police responded to a trespassing complaint. A suspect was apprehended and charged with trespass and resisting arrest.
