LIMA, Ohio – The Allen County Common Pleas Court’s Probate and Juvenile Divisions will be closed on Friday, June 13th, for their annual meeting and employee in-service training.
The annual meeting is typically a once-a-year opportunity for Judge Kohlrieser to meet with his entire staff at one time in one place, to communicate and implement court-wide policy updates, review operational performance over the past year, set goals for the upcoming year, recognize staff members for years of service and individual achievement, and for staff to engage in training and team building exercises that enhances their ability to effectively provide for and support
This year’s training will take place offsite at the Lima Masonic Center, 2165 N. Cole Street, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and at the Ottawa Metro Park from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m.
It will feature morning presentations from Cornerstone of Hope on managing grief, loss, and trauma, as well as afternoon teambuilding and administrative sessions led by Dr. Andrea Guice and other court personnel.
