ARRAIGNMENTS

John Snavley, 59, of Celina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5). Released on a surety bond; pre-trial scheduled for 7/16/25 at 8:30 a.m.

Weston Mills, 42, of Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5. Released on a surety bond; pre-trial scheduled for 7/16/25 at 8:30 a.m.

Kody Johnson, 44, of Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to grand theft, F4. Released on a surety bond; pre-trial scheduled for 7/16/25 at 8:00 a.m.

James Aldrich, 56, of Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto the Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, F3. Released on a surety bond; pre-trial scheduled for 7/16/25 at 8:30 a.m.

PROBATION VIOLATION.

Mikayla Lavy, 29, of Delphos, admitted she violated her probation by failing to attend treatment and failing to report police activity. The court set a new bond of $50,000 cash or surety, ordered a pre-sentence investigation, and scheduled sentencing for 7/30/25 at 9:00 a.m.

SENTENCING

Michael Flickinger, 59 of Venedocia, was sentenced as follows: Sexual battery, F4 – sentenced to 36 months in prison with credit for 7 days already served; gross sexual imposition, F4 – sentenced to 18 months in prison with credit for 7 days already served; voyeurism, F5 – sentenced to 12 months in prison with credit for 7 days already served; sentences to be served concurrently; no contact with victim; Tier 3 sex offender; ordered to pay court costs.

April Diltz, 46, of Van Wert, attempted to corrupt another with drugs, F3 – sentenced to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay court costs.

Ryan Houser, 39, Rockford, Murder, unclassified felony – sentenced to 15 years to life in prison with credit for 491 days already served and ordered to pay court costs.
