The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently responding to a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 2 in Erie County.
According to authorities, the collision occurred Sunday afternoon on westbound State Route 2 at milepost 17, near State Route 13.
The Huron Police and Fire Departments are also on the scene.
State Route 2 and Mudbrook Road have all lanes closed as of noon on Sunday. Traffic is currently backed up along Rye Beach Road. Motorists are advised to seek an alternative route. It is unknown how long the road will be closed.
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved. The OSHP stated that no injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
