“There have been some legislative changes for the body cameras, which allows us to redact things when you’re in your private homes and things like that,” according to Treglia.
“There’s still some work to do. Obviously, when I talk about adversarial conflict, that is still present, and I’d like to discuss it further with legislators. But they’re changing things right now, and I believe we can start moving forward.
This won’t be an overnight process. We’re not going to finish this tomorrow. However, due to these changes, we will begin the process right away.”
