PAULDING, Ohio — Paulding Putnam has partnered with the Village of Grover Hill and the Lions Club to provide free public Wi-Fi in community spaces as well as fiber internet access to residents and businesses, including non-Paulding Putnam electric members.
Through this partnership with the Lions Club, Paulding Putnam will provide free public internet to the following Grover Hill locations:
- Community Building
- Welcome Park
“With rising costs for everything these days, we are excited that residents will be able to use free internet at the Community Building and Welcome Park, thanks to Paulding Putnam,” said Jay Denny, President of the Grover Hill Lions Club, which manages the building and park. “This means service for local groups that use this building, such as the library and fire department, as well as those who rent it out for parties, reunions, and other events. It’s a fantastic idea that aligns with our mission as Lions: to help the community.”
“It has been an honor to collaborate with Grover Hill Mayor Dewayne Hinchcliff,” said Nick Eltzroth, Chief Operating Officer. “We strive to build communities where everyone—students, grandparents, local leaders, remote workers, and neighbors alike—has the connectivity needed to succeed in today’s digital world.”
