The Avon Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show begins Sunday, and it will be the season’s final outdoor show.
The event showcases a diverse range of handmade items, such as jewelry, woodworking, and pet accessories. Vendors from across the region set up shops at the Emerald Event Center, allowing residents to browse unique creations while supporting small businesses.
Celeste Gable, event coordinator, stated that the show provides a platform for artisans to showcase their work.
“As a vendor, you want to showcase your products. You appear to have invested a significant amount of time and passion in your endeavor. And you get to demonstrate it. Share this with your community. “Share that with other vendors,” she stated.
The Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows started in Cleveland in 2011 and now host nearly 30 events throughout the Midwest each year.
Admission and parking are free for Sunday’s event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
