Wells County, Indiana — A fire in Wells County, just south of Zanesville, shut down a portion of the road in the area.
The fire started near the 10800 block of N 300 W in Markle.
WANE 15 crewmembers observed that 300 W between 1100 N and 1000 N was blocked off as first responders worked on the scene.
Multiple EMS and fire units were present, and smoke could be seen billowing in the air along I-469.
It is unclear what caught fire, what caused it, or whether anyone was injured.
