Sioux Falls, South Dakota – A Sioux Falls man accused of kidnapping a 13-year-old in Lake County has been charged with rape.
A Minnehaha County Grand Jury also charged 31-year-old Hermon Jermia with one count of contributing to the abuse of a minor.
Court documents state that Jermia brought the 13-year-old to Sioux Falls in June, and both cases involve the same victim.
Since Jermia was indicted, authorities have not released many details about the case, including how he met the alleged victim.
