Sandusky guy arrested after reportedly threatening to shoot up a downtown pub

Bowling Green police arrested a man after he allegedly threatened to take his gun and shoot up a downtown bar.

Daychen Babisak, 18, of Sandusky, was arrested on charges of aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, assault, marijuana possession, and two counts of inmate harassment. He was taken to the Wood County Jail.

Police responded to the bar in the 100 block of North Main Street on Thursday (September 4) around 11:30 p.m. after Babisak allegedly assaulted a bar employee and threatened to return with his gun and shoot up the entire establishment.

Babisak allegedly spit in the face and eye of one officer while being handcuffed. Babisak’s head was covered with a spit hood and taken to jail.
