Francis Beverick

Francis (Frank) Alan Beverick, 68, of Milan, Ohio, passed away on March 17th after a hard fought battle with cancer.

Frank was born in Sandusky in 1953 to Wayne & Lois Beverick, he was the 2nd of seven children. Frank grew up in Rye Beach and later moved to Milan where he spent his adult life with his wife, Debra, and son, Cory. Frank retired from Ford Motor Company in 2016 after 43 years, most of which time was spent at the Lorain Assembly plant. In 2018, Frank & Debra purchased land and a cabin in Maine where they have spent time in between Frank’s treatments trying to enjoy retirement. Frank will be remembered for his sense of humor, contagious smile, and ability to never throw anything away.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Wayne, mother, Lois, and brothers, Jeff & Craig. He is survived by wife Debra, son, Cory (Diandra), and siblings Marty (Martha), Lisa (Dan Gooding), Ann (Ray Logan), and Bud (Beverly).

Per Frank’s wishes, his ashes will be laid to rest at his camp in Maine where a celebration of life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870, Semper Fi (www.thefund.org), or the Erie County Humane Society, 1911 Superior St, Sandusky, OH 44870.
