Bakersfield, California – A man who had been reported missing from Apple Valley was discovered dead in Rosamond several days later.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office reported Richard Allen Foxe, 70, missing from Apple Valley on August 6. Foxe was discovered dead in the 19000 block of Gaskell Road in Rosamond on August 9 at approximately 9:18 a.m.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and circumstances of his death.
The sheriff’s office told 17 News that Foxe’s death was not suspicious.
