Following a thorough investigation, a man from Auglaize County faces many felony counts involving kids

Auglaize County, Ohio — Following a months-long investigation, a man has been charged with inappropriate behavior with minors.

According to the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Vogel, 43, was arrested on Friday and is facing the following charges:

  1. One count of Pandering Obscenity Involving Minor (second-degree felony)
  2. One count of Pandering Obscenity Involving Minor (second-degree felony)
  3. One count of Pandering Obscenity Involving Minor (fourth-degree felony)
  4. One count of Disrupting Public Service (fourth-degree felony)
  5. Two counts of Furnishing to Minors (unclassified misdemeanor)
  6. Deputies said that on Feb. 7, the sheriff’s office received reports of a fight at a residence north of St. Mary’s.

When deputies arrived, they reported that there was a possibility of minors and adults using alcohol and/or drugs together.

Vogel is being held under a $250,000 bond.

The Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
