Four Corners doubled up. Lennox/Chancellor/Worthing 8–4. Platte defeated Redfield 12-3. Hartford/Humboldt defeated Larchwood 8–2. Tabor dominated Wessington Springs, 11-1.
The final two games of the opening round are scheduled for Sunday. The second round begins Sunday evening.
