Four South Dakota men are charged with attempted enticement of a minor following a law enforcement undercover sting at this week’s Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

Governor Larry Rhoden announced Friday that the State of South Dakota has entered into a $12.5 million purchase agreement that gives the state the option of purchasing land for a new men’s prison on Benson Road in northeast Sioux Falls.
