INDIANA — Fort Wayne police are investigating the death of a man discovered lying in the road early Thursday morning at a mobile home park on the city’s northwest side.
Officers were dispatched to Countryside Village, located on West Washington Center Road just west of Lima Road, shortly before 5 a.m., after a driver reported seeing the man in the road.
At the moment, few details have been released. According to a press release from the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Coroner’s and Prosecutor’s Offices are assisting with the investigation.
The cause and manner of death have yet to be determined. The investigation is ongoing.
