Bakersfield, California – The California Highway Patrol reported that its specially marked patrol vehicle has been making an impact in Eastern Kern County.
CHP Mojave reported that a vehicle was stopped for exceeding the maximum speed limit and allegedly driving at 118 mph.
“That’s incredibly dangerous,” he wrote on social media. “At these speeds, there is no margin for error. “Speeding endangers everyone, including you, your passengers, and other drivers.”
The CHP is reminding drivers to slow down and drive responsibly.
