Mitchell, South Dakota – The Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo Committee has named Dan Allen as the parade marshal for 2025. Allen, a former Mitchell City Council member and longtime local business owner, was recognized for his decades of public service and community involvement.
This year’s Hall of Fame inductees include Trevor Dierks, a Mitchell native and executive at First Dakota National Bank. First Dakota National Bank was also recognized for its significant financial contribution to the development of Stampede Park’s new rodeo grounds.
The parade is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, with nightly rodeo performances continuing until Sunday. Click here for more government stories from MitchellNow.com.
