Fort Wayne, Indiana – On Wednesday, a 25-year-old Fort Wayne woman was charged with child molesting and booked into the Allen County Jail.
Dakota Kremer was issued a warrant on Tuesday afternoon. She is charged with two counts of child molesting, which carries a maximum sentence of 52 years in prison.
Court documents obtained by 21Investigates show that Kremer has been accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The girl, who told police about the alleged abuse last July, said it happened in 2021.
The victim claimed she first met Kremer when she was in elementary school.
An initial hearing has not yet been scheduled in the case.
