Kelleys Island, Ohio — A small, single-engine plane crashed on Kelleys Island on Friday, injuring two people but causing no serious harm.
Erie County Sheriff Paul Sigsworth told FOX 8 News that the crash occurred at Kelley’s Island Municipal Airport around 11:30 a.m.
Kelley’s Island police, firefighters, and paramedics responded.
According to Sigsworth, the two injured individuals were taken to a hospital for observation.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
