According to reports, thieves broke into and ransacked the Los Angeles home of movie star Brad Pitt.

According to NBC News, the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a burglary at the actor’s home.

The thieves stole an unknown quantity of miscellaneous property. The value of the stolen items is not immediately known.

According to sources, Pitt was not home at the time and was promoting F1: The Movie.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to NBC that a break-in occurred at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday at a Los Feliz residence. They did not identify who lived in or owned the home.

According to sources, police are looking for three suspects who climbed over a fence and broke into the home through the front window.

Pitt’s most recent public appearance was at the European premiere of Formula One in London’s Leicester Square.

He made a surprise appearance alongside fellow movie icon Tom Cruise and the film’s cast, which included Damson Idris and Javier Bardem.

In recent years, thieves have targeted Hollywood’s biggest stars’ homes, often when they are not present.

On Valentine’s Day in February, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s home in Los Angeles was reportedly burglarized.

A law enforcement official familiar with the investigation confirmed the incident to NBC at the time. There was no information on what items or property, if any, were stolen.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson’s Pacific Palisades home was targeted in August 2024, while Marlon Wayans’ home was broken into late in June.

In October 2024, Jessie J’s home was robbed, and she lost over $20,000 in jewellery.

LAFC soccer player Olivier Giroud’s Los Angeles home was burglarized earlier this year, with nearly $500,000 in jewelry stolen, according to ESPN.
