Two health orders signed Tuesday regarding mass gatherings

Columbus, OH – Ohio Department of Health Director Stephanie McCloud signed two new health orders Tuesday removing the 300-person limit at banquet centers and increasing entertainment and sporting venue limits.

The first order removes the 300-person limit at banquet centers. They will still have to comply with other health orders, including those regarding restaurants and face coverings.

The second order makes the maximum number of spectators at any indoor entertainment or sports venue 25% of the fixed, seated capacity; and the maximum number of spectators at any outdoor entertainment or sports venue 30% of the fixed, seated capacity.
