FORT WAYNE, Indiana – On Monday, Allen County Superior Court’s Criminal Division Services held the 58th Drug Court Program graduation ceremony.
44 graduates were invited to the graduation ceremony, and their ages ranged from 20 to 57. The graduates, who averaged 15 months in the program, are celebrating 612 months of sobriety and 6,369 hours of treatment.
On Monday afternoon, the Allen County Courthouse hosted graduation ceremonies.
The graduating class of 2025 from the Drug Court has accomplished numerous milestones, including obtaining housing, finding jobs, furthering their education, and reuniting with friends and family.
The Drug Court program’s goal is to reduce the likelihood of criminal recidivism and break the link between substance abuse and crime by providing access to prevention and treatment services, which are bolstered by the court’s structure, support, and accountability.
