14 Huron Tiger swimmers quality for Northwest Ohio District meet

Oak Harbor, OH – 14 Huron Tiger swimmers qualified for the Northwest Ohio District meet. Their sectionals meet was held Saturday in Oak Harbor.

For a swimmer or a relay team to qualify for the Northwest Ohio District meet, they needed have one of the top 32 sectional meet times in Northwest Ohio.

Allison Dieter, Kennedy Masterson, Maggie Golling, and Emily Franks qualified for the girls 200 medley relay. They finished 15th with a time of 2:04.24.

Granthem Brown, Andy Wostmann, Jared Lenczyk, and Andrew Hardy qualified for the boys 200 medley relay. They finished 21st with a time of 1:52.10.

Weston Brown qualified for the boys 200 freestyle . Brown finished 14th with a time of 1:55.07.

Allison Dieter qualified for the girls 200 IM. Dieter finished 10th with a time of 2:23.09.

Maggie Golling qualified for the girls 50 freestyle. Golling finished 27th with a time of 26.75.

Joey Lenczyk qualified for the boys 50 freestyle. Lenczyk finished 23rd with a time of 23.77.

Joey Lenczyk and Max Wasiniak qualified for boys diving.

Maggie Golling qualified for the girls 100 freestyle. Golling finished 32nd with a time of 1:00.25.

Granthem Brown, Andrew Hardy, and Colin Kay qualified for the boys 500 freestyle. Brown finished 11th with a time of 5:17.05. Hardy finished 24th with a time of 5:33.72. Kay finished 28th with a time of 5:36.48.

Allison Dieter, Emily Franks, Karlee Kurtz, and Maggie Golling qualified for the girls 200 freestyle relay. They finished 14th with a time of 1:47.99.

Andy Wostmann, Weston Brown, Jared Lenczyk, and Joey Lenczyk qualified for the boys 200 freestyle relay. They finished 13th with a time of 1:37.37.

Allison Dieter qualified for the girls 100 back. Dieter finished 19th with a time of 1:06.79.

Granthem Brown, Weston Brown, and Andy Wostmann qualified for the boys 100 back. Granthem Brown finished 10th with a time of 57.50. Weston Brown finished 22nd with a time of 1:01.43. Wostmann finished 28th with a time of 1:03.27.

Kennedy Masterson qualified for the girls 100 breaststroke. Masterson finished 19th with a time of 1:15.99.

Jared Lenczyk, Joey Lenczyk, Granthem Brown, and Weston Brown qualified for the boys 400 freestyle relay. They finished 11th with a time of 3:34.48.
